One of my favorite things about owning P is for Pie is that I get to do what I love. Creating and developing beautiful pies. Now that P is for Pie finally has a blog I look forward to sharing what will surely be many embarrassing stories involving the daily science experiment that is my bakery. On almost any given day I am testing and researching new recipes and techniques. This week I'm finalizing my cranberry chocolate ganache pie pop for the upcoming Williams-Sonoma Artisan Market on November 10. You would think I would get bored with it - baking that is. But even after baking 155 mini jar pies, I can't wait to take a break and read my cooking magazines as I contemplate all the recipe ideas in my head. Can you be addicted to cooking?
